5 commercial multiuse units, incl deep drainage, roads, sewers, infrastructure, hard and soft landscaping.

Full road network, new sewer infrastructure was required to all units in the site. This was a slightly more complexed task due to the occupied properties that interfaced with our project. The site required 600 mm diameter combined foul and surface water drainage system including attenuation and separator tanks.

The undertaking of all foundation works. Pre concrete preparation to service yards and internal unit ground floors along with all hardscape concrete products including dock leveler access along with multi-finishes to manage surface water throughout. Gives a brief outline to our scope of works on this project.
